1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Viktor Bonino ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) operating under Italian law, governing your access to and use of SummonSkills, including our website and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SummonSkills provides professional AI workflow skill packages for use with Claude Cowork. The Service includes:
- Downloadable skill packages (ZIP files) for marketing, consulting, and sales workflows
- Access to purchased skill files through your account dashboard
- Lifetime updates to purchased skill packages
3. Account Registration
To access purchased skills, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
4. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive email communications from us, including:
- Service-related notices: Account confirmations, purchase receipts, security alerts, and other transactional communications
- Product updates: Information about new skills, improvements, and important service announcements
- Marketing communications: Information about our products, services, and promotional offers
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us at hello@summonskills.com.
5. Payment & Refunds
Billing
Skill packages are available as one-time purchases. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Polar. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, contact us at hello@summonskills.com to request a full refund.
6. License & Usage
License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased skill packages for your personal or business purposes.
Skill Files
Purchased skill files are yours to use, modify, and adapt for your own workflows. You may use them across multiple devices and Claude Cowork instances.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share skill packages with others
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Circumvent any access or usage limitations
7. User Obligations
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not use automated scripts to access the Service in an abusive manner
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding purchased skill files), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Viktor Bonino. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including:
- Claude Cowork (Anthropic): The AI assistant that uses the skill packages
- Polar: Our payment processing provider
- Cloudflare: Our hosting and content delivery provider
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIKTOR BONINO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viktor Bonino from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease. Previously downloaded skill files remain yours to use under the license granted.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Italy.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@summonskills.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
